Park Avenue (Demonstration Area)

The engineering quantity of this project is beyond all communities in the city up to now. Repeated techniques shall not be adopted to this project because it has nearly 100 individual buildings. Dotint Design has to understand the urban style and a practical way to design it. Dotint Design adopts three strategies to complete such a ‘generous’ designing scheme with its strategic intents, they are community center, principal axis planning and public system
In terms of the Vanke Parkway in Jintan, Dotint uses the spacious blocks to preset and optimize every single sector of the ‘urban scenes’. For the central zone of the town, the charm of ‘American style blocks’ can be increased through the outer business shops and partial parking spots design.
