Terms & Conditions for Participation

1.Requirements for participation:
1.1 Projects qualified for award application category can apply to participate in CREDAWARD
1.2 All the domestic and overseas projects may enter into the application for awards.
1.3 The application project of the design company shall have the signature confirmation of the project leader of the owner
1.4 For the completed projects, the completion time shall be within the range from January 1st, 2019, to December 31st, 2023
For the projects under construction: ① The residential project must be selling, the real photos of the sample area must be provided;
② Business Project: Phrase I should start operating；
Future Project: It should be under construction or a project winning the bid, and relevant certificate needs to be provided.

2.Submitting requirements of application materials:
2.1The applications will be submitted online(www.credaward.com). The submitted information shall include:
2.21 Project Basic Information: Project Concept Description: Project Location, site area, project scale (overall floorage), plot ratio, greening rate, time of commencement, time of completion, design cycle etc.
2.22 Project drawings: site plan, main monomer floor plan, elevation drawing, section drawing, flow chart, detailed house type drawing etc. (Choose the drawing contents to submit according to the characteristics of the project by yourself).
2.23 Real photos (the real photos must be provided for all the completed projects and no less than 15).
2.24 Project Team: Members of the core team of the development enterprise (names, positions, resumes, recent photos
Members of the core team of the design unit (names, positions, resumes and recent photos of the chief designer and his/her team)
2.25 Project Highlights: arrange and submit the materials according to the evaluation criterion combining the project conditions.
Suggested directions: real estate perspective, design perspective, customer perspective, sustainability considerations; project innovation concepts, new technologies, new materials selection and application.

3.Speech of shortlisted items:
3.1 CREDAWARD will adopt an international review procedure: submit the application → preliminary review → public announcement of shortlisted works → public announcement of shortlisted projects presentation → shortlisted projects presentation → final review → public announcement of gold & silver awards
3.2 The shortlists which do not participate in the speech but attend the awards ceremony can get the Merit Award including 1 trophy and 1 certificate.
3.3 The gold and silver award will be selected only in the shortlists which make the live speech. If you are unable to attend the meeting to make the speech on time, it is considered to automatically give up the gold and silver award competition.
3.4 Speech personnel must be at the level of main participant or director or above, otherwise the sponsor is entitled to cancel the shortlisted qualification. Overseas projects may submit video files with Chinese subtitle.

4.Award Gala:
4.1 Award receiver must be the core participant or the company director or over the level of general manager, or the organizer is entitled to not issue this award.

5.Participation time:
30^th July 2023-30^th November 2023; deadline for submitting participation materials: 30^th December 2023
The organizer shall not undertake any responsibility due to overdue submitting materials by the participation institutions.

6.Withdrawal application:
6.1 Participation institutions have the right to withdraw the contest before appraisal, but the submitted application fee won’t be returned.
6.2 If participation institutions apply for abandonment of the competition within 7 working days after the announcement of the shortlisted projects for the preliminary review will no longer incur subsequent entering participation fee (RMB 6,800/item).
6.3 If participation institutions apply for abandoning the competition 7 working days after the announcement of the shortlisted projects in the preliminary review shall pay compensation to the organizer at 30% of the entering participation fee (RMB 6,800/item)

7.Expense payment:
7.1 Participation fees should be paid within 7 workdays upon signing the application form.
7.2 Entering participation fee: RMB 6,800/item; including 1 album of shortlisted works of the current year; 1 person can attend the award ceremony; 1 trophy; 1 certificate; personal honors of the project owner and chief designer (additional certificates are not included).
7.3 The unit wins the shortlisted qualification shall pay shortlisted participation fees to the account designated by the organizing committee 15 days prior to shortlisted project presentation, otherwise, it shall be considered waiver.

8.Intellectual property rights:
8.1 The participation institution shall promise that submitted materials of participation works are authentic and valid, in case of winning the award due to false materials, and the sponsor is entitled to withdraw the award and send a joint declaration together with the cooperative media. Meanwhile, any influence on the participation institution at that time shall be undertaken by the institution at its own cost.
8.2 The participation institution shall guarantee that its works and relevant public materials do not exist the cases of infringing or violating the rights and interests of third-party, including trademark right, copyright, design, designation and patent registered or not registered yet. The participation institution shall undertake all consequences in case relevant legal issues occur.
8.3 The participation institution shall authorize DJSER | CREDAWARD Organizing Committee to use all the information submitted online(www.credaward.com).

9. Any uncovered matter will be settled through consultations between both parties, and the signed additional agreement and its appendix through consultations between both parties shall have the same legal effect with that of the Contract. The applicant shall submit the copy of its enterprise business license to the Organizing Committee.

10. The Contract is made in duplicate, and each party shall hold one copy. The contract shall become effective after both parties’ sign and seal. The final right of interpretation shall be reserved by the organizer.
