Zhuhai Hengrong · Chengshi Xigu

As a project of low plot ratio, special emphasis was placed on the landscape, green space and interval between buildings in City Valley to cater to requirements for privacy and comfortableness by its main target group, urban elites from Zhuhai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao. We separated vehicular and pedestrian circulation by a network of flyovers and corridors to provide completely different experiences to pedestrian and drivers in the same space.
