Zhengzhou Pro DIEA XiChuan Villa

At the beginning of 2018, the third model house of Zhengzhou’s “Utopia” residential display area was completed. The model house consists of an intermediate suite and a side-sleeve type. Both units have a comfortable backyard connected to the living room and a sky terrace on the fifth floor.

We have set a design goal of “lifestyle proposal”, and hope that by presenting the model house, we will awaken the visitors’ experience of life and explore the relationship between the courtyard and life.

Through the grass and trees in the space, furniture, etc., we hope to present a more delicate living experience space, consider the five senses in it, and show the outdoor living room that is close to the so-called “good life”.
