Spring Breeze（Phase I）

As an emerging project, characteristic town represents the ideal life in Utopia. With our clients’ support, GOA has explored characteristic towns for years, and then takes a lead to develop dozens of town projects. Being listed as the first characteristic towns by MOHURD, these projects almost define the standard of towns with Chinese characteristics. As one of the representative projects, Breezing Life has traced out the beauty and tranquility of a poetic Jiangnan style with traditional architectural language. The simple white wall and black roof formed an ordered laying out in the natural landscape, depicting scenes of pure living.
