As the inauguration of the series of settlement that emphasizes the neighborhood relations, the Zen-style and slightly rural Chinese garden style were utilized as the space keynote. The temperament of traditional Chinese architecture was conveyed in a relatively modern and simple vocabulary. Through modern construction techniques, this project made an innovative breakthrough of living function and aesthetics, and creatively restored the traditional Chinese living style which underlined human and nature and regarded courtyard as the core. Through the respect for the spirit of original venue and the study of life, we have created an ideal settlement that is nature, humanistic and easy to live.
