Shanghai Finance Plaza

For the three buildings of Finance Plaza project, main inspiration was coming from the understanding of the architectural design, its complexity, its style. We needed to find and study which design principle is the guidance coming from architects, and then see how to highlight the architecture features and use lighting to give an added value to the project. Wall wash effect, together with the inground mounted uplights and the rooftop glass light box, can allow to express all the potentials of the facade architecture design, showing different figures from every different points of view. The rooftop structure will be lit from the inside, allowing every building visibility through the distance.
