Ping Guo Fu Demonstration Area

At the beginning of this project, its cultural background gave us a lot of imagination. When we walked into the project site, we found that it was a small piece of barren land on the street corner, which was no different from that of any small city. Fortunately, there is a big camphor tree standing by the river. Its branches are green with vicissitudes of life and the wind caressing the leaves sounds like Zen. History and present, prosperity and Zen, intertwined growth and reproduction continue, unified frame here. The tree lights up the whole wasteland as a totem. Shanghai Xuhui owners and designers immediately reached a consensus to preserve the memory of the land. Since then, every pen in the sales office has revolved around this big camphor.
