Phillippe Bay

This is a residential project located in Fuzhou City, consisting of approximately 150,000sqm of high rise and villas development. The architecture portrays a unique Tropical Southeast Asia style and the landscape was designed to complement this with a contemporary Tropical Resort Living concept. The landscape design objective is to enrich the development with prestige and luxurious living that is immersed and engulfed by the lushness of the forest, where the residents live in a calm environment viewing the infinity horizon that exudes a peaceful soothing experience. The landscape setting creates a sanctuary far removed from the noise and pace of the city. Water is used as a main element of this development and surrounds the highrise towers and villas with a natural setting and a water frontage with activities for the residents. Luxuriant planting is introduced throughout the development to enhance a restful environment, providing residents with a relaxing and visually rich ambience.
