One Shenzhen Bay is a masterpiece of Parkland Group. Design concept of the sales center is inspired by the character of Shenzhen Bay Area, intergrading urban context into the indoor space; functions are well connected by transparent walls.
Mock-up office introduces coastal landscape into inner space to create a natural interactive experience. Bookbar is set as a conjunct area equipped with mirror ceiling and movable furniture to implement an eye-catching space that is also suitable for social networking.
