The project pays great attention to the ecological environment of residential areas and the quality of residential life. Rational allocation and utilization of various resources in order to improve residential environment and its surrounding quality is the be-all end-all goal of urban development and architectural design.
The design emphasizes the integration of building and environment, individual and collective, space and abundance, paying particular attention to building groups, regional environment and urban development style.
The showcase of the city square, sales offices, commercial areas, community halls, garden level, altogether form a complete demonstration area.
