LCM Plaza is located in the heart of the Yangjing area in Pudong, Shanghai. Its proximity to the river at the Yangjing Port highlights the design philosophy of connecting the cultural heritage of the area with its future. The ‘LCM’ concept embraces the ‘Let’s Create More’ ethos and aims to deliver new ideas to inspire visitors. Benoy delivering the Master planning, Architecture, Interior Design and Brand Signage Design from concept through to construction completion.
Inspired by the rich history of the Yangjing area and its glorious past, Benoy uses the design elements such as ‘streets, gardens, points, heritage and walls,’ implementing these elements throughout the complex using a variety of design languages and expressions. The 230,000sqm mixed-use scheme is comprised of a retail development and four commercial office towers.
