Hainan Gemdale Haikou Zizai City

The project is located in the middle section of nanhai avenue, xiuying district, haikou city. It is adjacent to the main road of nanhai avenue, and changliu station of hainan east ring high-speed railway. It is affiliated to the main development area of Haikou – west coast, the new government center of Haikou, also with good development potential. The project is 5 kilometers to the municipal people’s government, 5 kilometers to haikou railway station, 5 kilometers to holiday beach and 27 kilometers to Haikou meilan international airport.

Gemdale Haikou zizai city aims to continue the Haikou characteristic planting style and marine culture. The design takes stylized technique to show the modern style and space atmosphere. Designer emphasize the unique landscape experience, function and a minimalist space form. By comparing the Haikou local volcanic rock, stone and metal materials to weaken disadvantages of rough materials, and it could bring new charm of the materials. The architectural and landscape is closely integrated, through plants, lines, construction and other details to create a modern vacation landscape.
