Grand View

Grand View locates in CBD of Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. The project consists of 9 high-rise buildings in north and 10 low- rise residential in south. The landscape principal axis of upper zone together with the public garden link the entrance and the core area of the low layer area, forming an enclosed space with clubs, swimming pool and other embellishment in it. The design team drew inspiration from the traditional architecture like eaves, homes, walls, windows, doors and other components, made necessary abstraction and evolution, and the modern materials and techniques of expression, forming the poetic and powerful sense of architectural style.
