The project site is located in CBD New District, Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China.
Southwest side of the base is Minjiang River, vision is very open.
When we carried out the design of the tower, in order to enhance the value of the office tower, we maximize the use of the beautiful scenery of the river.
Although the tower of this project is as high as 250m, there is one super high-rise on the left and right respectively.
Among the three super-high-rise buildings, how to build our project into landmark in the area and make the owners proud while at the same time they are not obtrusive is our main issue this time.
On the premise of the most comfortable and efficient office, with the wave of brilliant as the theme, we create an unique office tower beside Minjiang River.
Not only showed a sense of gloss, through the setting of natural ventilation and other environmental devices, has achieved LEEDGOLD certification, enhance the overall value of the project.
