Forest City Phoenix Hotel

The whole appearance of Phoenix hotel like two fishes chasing in the water. It utilize double-curve design and introduce bionics design concept to gain the best panorama view of coastline and the city view of Singapore. This allow more natural light and fresh air flow into the building. The building façade will be covered with vertical greening, leaving an impressing of green castles in the whole island. Furthermore; a serious of green terrace are set at the end of each level. The lobby adopts an open-roof design and the difference of air pressure generated at both sides if the building introduces the natural ventilation in the lobby to cool down the temperature and humidity at the same time enhancing coziness.
