The Merge of culture and modernism: Our team use landscape method to re-create a fresh new landscape form for the new city between Zhuhai and Macao, which is the merge of local and Macao’s culture. Not just as a design method, the merge strategy is also applied into different design details. The public space fulfills the need from the city as well as a new culture icon for the metropolitan area.
The merge of different disciplines：We proposed a floating Shanshui painting as a vision by China Resources, for the bridging of Macau and Zhuhai. The perforated steel corridor, proposed by the architect, which is a great breakthrough for the project. The corridor is seemed as a beautiful painting in the day time as well as a lovely halo at night. Architecture and landscape walks towards each other, which derived from fantastic collaboration between disciplines.
