Cloud Hills

The project is located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (or the Greater Bay Area for short), which is a hyper-city cluster comprised of nine cities (Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, and Jiangmen), Hong Kong and Macau. It is also the fourth largest bay area in the world following the New York Bay Area and San Francisco Bay Area in the US, and the Tokyo Bay Area in Japan. Coming from this macro context, the project is within the Grand Canal core eco-living area, which is situated at the intersection of Shenzhen, Dongguan and Huizhou. The area enjoys well-developed supporting facilities. It is also highly accessible due to its positioning as a central business district in the east of Shenzhen. The project is a neo-Chinese oriental manor within a network of international schools and institutions.
