The site located the middle of the Tiandi New City. It provides two side of the city view. Thus, the special relationship between the city and architecture is very important. Base on the city’s skyline, within the “Jialing shadow” of high rise office tower, which is shaped the hierarchy of architecture complex. It rises up from the water front, making a communication between the city and building.
