CallisonRTKL strived to maximize the collection of a variety of merchandise in one, make full use of the landscape resources, and pay attention to the relation between architecture and the site. In this case, the value of each function is promoted.
In order to deal with the unique topography, CallisonRTKL treated B1 level as the first level connected to the subway. Through a combination of careful layout, circulation organization, landscape and waterscape, and the diversification of the business combination, the project breaks through the traditional shopping center, and becomes a comprehensive, waterfront community center experience.
