A “two-park” planning is featured in this project- the Southern Central Park and the “Courtyard”, making its landscape unique and superior.
Honorable ceremonial space: Hundreds of Delonix regia on both sides of a two-hundred-meter-long road, building up a wide and tall arched canopy and creating a welcome ceremony.
Stunning display space: With large elevation difference of terrain level and a large area of trees and fountain waterscape, forming an amazing landscape.
Comfortable living space: Waterscape negotiation area, Family gathering area, Lawn leisure area and Children play zone simulating a living scene with flower borders, which is first used in residential building in south China.
