Yangzhou City Health and Wellness Center is located in the heart of the ancient city, adjacent to Dongguan Street and Slender West Lake. It is a high-end elderly care project that integrates the elegance of Jiangnan with modern senior-friendly concepts. The design ingeniously continues the regional vocabulary such as blue bricks and black tiles, sloping roofs, and takes “canal green” as the main tone to create a quiet yet vibrant spatial atmosphere. The project covers multiple functional formats including independent living, assisted living, and professional care, with nearly 600 beds fully meeting the high-quality needs of all age groups of the elderly for “integrated medical and elderly care, cultural elderly care, and intelligent services”, becoming a model of dialogue between traditional cultural heritage and modern health and wellness.
