SANLI CANG 1958 : FETILIZER FACTORY RENOVATION

Sanlicang 1958, originally the Songjiang Fertilizer Plant built in 1958, is a significant industrial heritage site from the early years of the People’s Republic of China. The design is rooted in the FOP (Field Office Park) concept, adopting a strategy of structural reinforcement combined with selective reconstruction. The factory has since evolved from a “production machine” into a lifestyle-driven urban park—centered on sports and camping, complemented by pet markets, creative retail, and curated brand events.
