GEMDALE NOVA (EXHIBITION CENTER)

Located in Longhua, Shenzhen, the project reinterprets the boundary between living and lifestyle within a high-density urban context. Instead of relying on symbolic gestures, the design is grounded in a clear spatial order and a restrained language. A continuous circulation organizes the experience, unfolding progressively from arrival to negotiation, shaping both rhythm and emotional transition. Through precise control of light, scale, and materiality, the atmosphere shifts from rational display to relaxed communication. By integrating exhibition, social, and daily functions, the project softens conventional boundaries and aligns more closely with real-life scenarios. It ultimately delivers a calm and refined spatial experience, presenting a contemporary model of urban living that balances quality, comfort, and a sense of belonging.
