Light in this project is conceived as an architectural substance that reinforces façade order and urban identity. Inspired by the cultural imagery of “Flowing Gold and Drifting Clouds,” the design translates this concept into a layered façade system. Horizontal metal fins establish structural rhythm, while recessed lighting creates soft luminance gradients across metal and glass surfaces, evoking the movement of flowing water and drifting clouds. The lighting strategy is restrained and precise, allowing the building to transition smoothly from day to night. Warm reflections on metal elements contrast with the cooler tones of glass, generating subtle chromatic depth and a distinct nighttime presence. At the pedestrian scale, illuminated thresholds, transparent edges and reflective planes form a legible and inviting urban interface, establishing the façade as a coherent public frontage with both functional clarity and symbolic presence.
