CENTER CROSSING
The project is situated in the heart of Hangzhou’s urban center, surrounded by abundant natural resources. It is embraced by three major parks—West Lake Scenic Area, Xixi Wetland Park, and Banshan National Forest Park—all within 7 kilometers. Its unparalleled geographical location ensures a well-rounded living circle within 3 kilometers. The design draws inspiration from the Song Dynasty’s philosophy of observing nature with wisdom, crafting a way of life that resonates with the rhythms of the four seasons. The entire garden is structured around “corridors,” which serve as its backbone, unfurling like an album leaf by leaf. The transition of the twelve solar terms is expressed through the garden’s rhythm of opening and transitioning. With each step, the scenery shifts, evolving with the seasons. Through wandering and looking back, it weaves an ever-unfurling, flowing oriental tableau that unfolds with every movement.
