YUNSHANG ZHIJIANG BUSINESS CENTER

Located in the core area of Zhijiang Resort Area, the project consists of four plots featuring mainly commercial and office functions, with selected buildings incorporating hotels and talent apartments. As one of the Hangzhou’s riverfront development centers, the project is themed around “Made for Young” integrating commerce, cultural arts, innovation industries, and residential leisure into a vibrant future community. Inspired by the landscapes of Zhijiang and the tides of the Qiantang River, the design reinterprets traditional Chinese roof forms and lattice elements to create an architectural identity that blends Eastern aesthetics with contemporary vitality. White-and-wood toned towers and Forbidden City red commercial spaces together shape a youthful and iconic urban skyline within a cost-efficient design strategy.
