LENOVO TIANJIN INNOVATION PARK

Lenovo (Tianjin) Innovation Technology Park is located in the Tianjin Airport Economic Zone. It serves as a crucial hub for Lenovo’s AI research and development, technological innovation, and venture capital incubation, with an estimated 3,000 R&D and management professionals expected to gather here. The project, centered around intelligence, flexibility, and green office design, creates an efficiently connected R&D environment through three horizontally extending office blocks and a centrally located, open “Four Seasons Hall” space. The park opens up public spaces and corporate gardens to the city, emphasizing the symbiosis between businesses and the urban environment. With its simple and restrained architectural form and efficient floor plan, it explores a new paradigm of future-oriented office design.
