Heritage buildings are revived with traditional techniques. The courtyard commerce features a three-story retail space. As the only new zero-carbon TOD within the 2nd Ring Road, it integrates a sunken commercial forest and vertical greening. The “Daji Magic Cube” merges tech and art. With “Ji Seal,” it achieves symbiosis of history, commerce, and low-carbon ecology—a cultural living room for the city.
