OCT Ruiwan Tower is located in the heart of Shenzhen’s Bao’an District, overlooking the picturesque Qianhai Bay. This 51 storey mixed use development integrates Grade A office space, vibrant retail, and the St. Regis Hotel, establishing a new benchmark for luxury hospitality and urban innovation in the Greater Bay Area. Rotated 45 degrees in relation to the site, the tower achieves a stronger architectural presence along the city’s central axis while maximizing sea views for the hotel guestrooms.
