HANGZHOU YUHANG FUTURE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CITY MIXED-USE PROJECT
Located in the core area of Hangzhou’s Future Science and Technology City, this commercial complex draws inspiration from the concept “Jade Pavilions and Soaring Sacred Birds,” seamlessly blending Liangchu culture with modern technology to create an eco-garden style complex. The design features twin towers embracing a terraced commercial podium, enclosing a central ecological garden. The tea-terraced-style terraces form a 24-hour vibrant street scene, offering a new social and shopping experience that integrates culture, leisure, and commerce into an all-day dynamic space. The architectural facade takes inspiration from the jade cong, with the twin towers appearing smooth and jade-like, while the commercial podium resembles a sacred bird spreading its wings. This innovative design uses contemporary architectural language to interpret traditional culture, creating a new urban landmark that bridges history and the future.
