JINFENG SOFTWARE PARK, CHONGQING

Located at the pivotal hinterland connecting Dacheng Lake Park and Smart Innovation Valley, Phase II of Chongqing Huxi Jinfeng Garden focuses on urban regeneration and breaks the traditional development mode of industrial parks. Centering on office and hotel as its two core functions, the project leverages regional policy, industrial and transportation advantages to form a circular development pattern for the university town, and realizes the integrated agglomeration of education, industry, residence and commerce. Taking the central urban green axis as the spatial framework and adhering to the design concept of “integrating parks into architecture and architecture into parks”, it unifies the overall site texture and integrates the local mountain-water landscape of Chongqing with modern sci-tech architectural aesthetics. The project aims to build a benchmark of industry-city integration featuring ecological livability, industrial clustering and functional compounding.
