Deeply rooted in the core of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center, Hangzhou Chaobo Center, with the TOD 4.0 model as its core engine, aims to create a benchmark of luxury living complex that combines aesthetic quality and diverse functions. Adhering to the design philosophy of “three-dimensional aerial domain”, it deeply extracts the essence of Qiantang River tide culture to create a high-end living space where people, buildings, nature and the city coexist and integrate. With a total construction area of approximately 450,000 square meters, it is anchored at the TOD hub of Xingyi Station on Metro Line 7, aggregating high-end private domains, flagship commercial spaces, and benchmark office buildings. The 45° architectural blocks, combined with glass curtain walls, outline the city skyline. The 270° panoramic view is complemented by master-planned gardens and dual clubhouses.
