LIANFA · TIME NEW SHU PROJECT
This project is located in the Zhujiajiao area of Qingpu District, Shanghai. It takes advantage of the water resources along the shore and the cultural heritage of the Jiangnan region to create a high-quality public landscape space that integrates exhibition, leisure, and community activities. The project follows the design theme of “the integration of water town imagery and modern life”, and the front square is constructed by extracting the traditional street and alley roof lines and the staggered skyline features of Zhujiajiao. Through cantilevering, stepped design and rhythmized roof, it shapes a dynamic urban gateway image. Natural stone imagery seats and interactive water features are integrated into the site to enhance the sense of touch and participation experience. The large lawn on the south side serves as the core open activity area, capable of accommodating various scenarios such as camping, markets, and parent-child activities.
