18T MANSION

18T Mansion is a human-centric, wellbeing-focused residential development in Chongqing’s historic Shibati district, designed by UNS for GuocoLand. It redefines communal living and demonstrates the benefits of a harmonious blend between historic and contemporary symbiosis. Spanning two plots, the project comprises five residential towers ranging from 16 to 51 storeys and delivers 1,046 homes with 10 clubhouses, sky and roof gardens, an elevated running track, and extensive green amenities, below- and above-ground parking and rich landscapes. Drawing on the heritage of the area’s historic Urban Well, the design combines urban renewal with community life, creating vertical neighbourhoods that improve daylight, natural ventilation, privacy and wellbeing. Completed in 2024, the project became the first WELL Platinum-certified residential development in Southwest China.
