NAN JING PU YUN

JianFa PuYun is situated in Nanjing, Yuhua Core District, marking the debut of Jianfa Property’s two-year research and design into the Elegant Song Style aesthetic. Spanning 145,000 sqm, the project comprises 8 high-rise towers with 876 units. Drawing inspiration from Song poetry and painting, the landscape architecture features a “Four-Stage Processional Sequence”—four ceremonial landscaping nodes that reconstruct the refined spatial hierarchy and etiquette of the Song Dynasty. The project offers six innovative floor plans (99–178 sqm) with premium finishes, redefining cultural living in Jinling.
