WENZHOU POLY SUPER – HIGH – RISE RENOVATION PROJECT

Wenzhou Poly International Plaza (formerly Donghai Plaza) is located in the core area of Wenzhou, facing the Municipal Government. The project had been suspended for over a decade due to various reasons, and was revitalized by Poly in 2021. Through innovative renovation, the original office use was transformed into scarce apartment units, commercial circulation was restructured, and the architectural image was reshaped using a “flowing water” concept. The comprehensive project includes a world‑class office building approximately 180 meters high, a headquarters office building about 100 meters high, and an immersive commercial complex of approximately 18,000 square meters, integrating retail, apartments, and other functions. Completed and delivered in June 2024, it has become a landmark mixed‑use complex that energizes the city.
