DONYYU INTELLIGENT MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIAL PARK

The project is located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, is the first Mx new industrial land pilot project in Wuxi and a model of the first batch of industrial high-rise projects in the Yangtze River Delta region. The project integrates industrial production, office space, research and development, apartments, and commercial facilities, aiming to respond to the new demands of urban development, revitalize inefficient land use, achieve functional complexity, and establish a landmark image for a new generation of integrated industrial and urban parks. The project establishes a landmark image for a new generation of industry-city integrated parks, providing a typical model for the compound practice of new-type industrial land and “industrial verticalization” under the context of stock renewal. It has won the Muse Design Award 2025 Gold Award, the Asian Design Award 2026 Silver Award, and the Top Ten Advanced Typical Cases of Land-saving Mode (Technology) in Jiangsu Province.
