WUHAN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY COLLABORATIVE INNOVATION ONE-STOP STUDENT COMMUNITY

The project is located within the Nanhu Campus of Wuhan University of Technology, at the intersection of Xiongchu Avenue and Lingnan Road. To the east, the project is adjacent to the North Gate of Wuhan University of Technology, flanked by two landmark buildings—Chongwen Book City and Hecheng Center—on either side of the university gate. It is positioned as a highlight project within the core area of the University City. The Collaborative Innovation One‑Stop Student Community has a planned total land area of 22,996 square meters, with the designated land use for education and scientific research. The development includes student dormitories, faculty‑student activity rooms, a canteen, auxiliary equipment rooms, and supporting civil air defense facilities. The total construction area is approximately 103,512 square meters.
