GUOMAO SONGJIANG SEA VIEW VILLAS(SHOW HOME)

Spanning an approximately 210-meter urban frontage along Longyuan Road, the design features an extra-wide ceremonial gateway. Combining diverse stone materials, rich textures and a continuous roofscape, it unfolds an immersive entry ritual like a landscape painting. A nearly 10-meter cantilevered steel canopy creates a hotel-style drop-off experience, imbuing homecoming with a distinguished sense of ceremony. Deeper inside, a sunken courtyard blends seamlessly with an infinity pool. Through floor-to-ceiling glass, natural light, tree shadows and rippling water are drawn into the interior, crafting a poetic scene of “strolling through a painting”. This endows the community entrance with an artistic conception of “stepping into a long scroll”, interpreting the garden-style living aesthetic of “modernity as the essence, oriental charm as the rhythm”.
