ONE BANGKOK

One Bangkok is a district-scale mixed-use development in Bangkok. The project dedicates over 50% of its area to open green space, creating an accessible and climate-responsive urban environment. Positioned between Lumphini Park and Benjakitti Forest Park, the landscape restores long-disrupted connections through two 33- and 40-meter-wide linear parks along the main road, forming a continuous green corridor. Over 500 trees, bioswales, and water features reduce heat, manage stormwater, enhance biodiversity, and support low-carbon mobility through shaded, universally accessible routes, a 2 km Art Loop with international sculptures integrates art into everyday movement. The site’s historical and cultural memory is embedded through ground patterns inspired by Thai textile motifs, agricultural landscapes, and radio waves, transforming heritage into a contemporary spatial experience. One Bangkok builds the development around the city’s missing connection.
