The project abandons the “grand narratives” typical of large-scale communities, embracing instead meticulous spatial crafting, warm neighborhood connections, and highly adaptable living services. Within a limited plot, it packs all the residents’ expectations of an ideal home. There are no grand, showy landscapes here, but rather intimate, lively corners full of everyday charm: the breakfast shop in the front block wafting out warm aromas; the chess tables in the elevated floor hosting neighbors’ casual games; the rainproof corridors linking children’s laughter in the garden with relaxed seating in the street-side gray spaces. In this small volume, you find just the right amount of comfort and genuine warmth—the healing temperature that belongs uniquely to a “small but beautiful” community.
