Leveraging the coffee landscape belt, the design connects a cultural hub (museum, hotel, coffee world) with four wellness communities, featuring community nodes at scenic points. An external water system is introduced to merge architecture with nature. A modular system, based on living scales, forms versatile units that combine into diverse housing layouts. Tailored to Hainan’s terrain, these modules create terraced forms, offering every unit a view and private terrace. This approach ensures a cohesive architectural interface, harmonizing function, form, and environment.
