Located in the core of Sci-Tech Cloud Valley, Xihu District, Hangzhou, the project integrates diverse functions including residential, office, commercial, hotel and metro transit. Embracing the vibrant urban character of “residence above, commerce below”, it responds to the complex and multi-dimensional interface design shaped by the ParkTOD concept.With “boundary dissolution” as its core development philosophy, the project creates an open, accessible and livable urban habitat that embodies an ideal urban life.
