JIANGNAN MANSION, NANNING

Located in Jiangnan District, Nanning, the project adjoins the central landscape belt to the west. Rooted in the concept of “park-style forest living”, it creates an Ivy League-inspired academic community. Design highlights: a three-tiered homecoming sequence featuring a sunken courtyard with a forest study, a children’s zone, and light wells for pleasant arrival. It adopts complete pedestrian-vehicle separation with a bright sunlit garage. Buildings are low in the south and high in the north, allowing inner gardens to blend with the western landscape for broad, unobstructed views.
