Chongqing CR Landview is the only A-grade Swiss-style product in the southwest region of China Resources. Located on the south side of Jinkai Avenue in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, it is the last piece of land to be developed on Jinkai Avenue. The site overlooks Jinshan Park and the city skyline to the south, boasting unique landscape advantages. It is planned to build one T2 and four T1 fourth-generation innovative sky villas, with a staggered layout to achieve a planning pattern where the entire T1 building offers panoramic views.
