SHENZHEN BAY MIXC PHASE II

Located at the heart of Shenzhen Bay, this mixed-use development redefines urban connectivity by linking key landmarks through an immersive, kilometre-long spatial journey. Framed as a “time-travelling” experience, the design guides visitors from a futuristic, high-tech environment to a warm, memory-driven zone by the waterfront. A central linear “street” is complemented by softer, park-like detours, offering varied spatial rhythms and curated retail and F&B encounters throughout. High-spec materials and meticulous detailing reinforce its premium positioning, while design elements such as “time jump” transitions and dramatic feature spaces enhance narrative continuity. By integrating dining, retail, and public realms, alongside natural light from sunken plazas, the project creates a dynamic, engaging environment that has achieved strong commercial performance and near-full occupancy from launch.
