The project is located within the Middle Ring Road in Yangpu District, Shanghai, and involves the renovation of an idle shopping mall into a high-end serviced apartment complex. Positioned as a clean, stylish, and vibrant community, it caters to young residents. The 5-story building offers a total construction area of approximately 19,900 m², with 463 units in total. Design Highlights: A dual atrium layout is introduced, with one atrium upgraded into a large central light hall—an iconic landscape feature that eliminates dark units entirely, ensuring natural light reaches every apartment. The public spaces are layered with diverse amenities, including a lobby, gym, yoga studio, and study room, to optimize community functionality. A mix of flat and loft units is offered, covering the mainstream 15–36 m² size range. Courtyard and terrace units are added to enhance product value and living experience.
