The public area renovation of Beijing Longfor Changying Tianjie is centered on “progressive renewal and quality upgrading” and advanced in phases. In 2025, the first phase of the renovation will focus on the first floor space. Through the design of light-colored stone floors, diverse and simple shaped ceilings, textured columns and exquisite elevator lobbies, a transparent, simple and warm welcoming atmosphere is created. In 2026, the second phase will promote the renovation of B1, L2 and L3 floors, continuing the modern aesthetic tone and optimizing the traffic flow and visual connection.
