Future Living Field | From Exhibition Space to a Continuously Growing Community Ecosystem
Addressing the short display cycles and low post-sales utilization typical of traditional luxury residential sales centers, this project is designed from the perspective of future community operations, exploring the transformation of an exhibition space into a long-term community clubhouse.
Under the “Future Living Field” concept, tropical rainforest art installations, a water system, and skylight reactivate the underground space’s natural experience. Interactive sports areas—basketball, billiards, fitness—foster connections between people, nature, body, and community.
The project concerns itself not only with the space’s first impression, but more importantly with the living relationships that continuously unfold after handover—enabling the sales center to become an integral part of the future community’s long-term value.
